Calling all ComDes Students, Please submit your portfolios for the 502 Outstanding Portfolio Award for Spring 2010. You could win $502! Deadline is Sunday, May 2 at 11:59 pm. Send your PDF portfolios to ecesarrivera@gmail.com or matthewskelley@mac.com. We will post them on 502alumni.org for voting by the current members of 502. We understand that you’re very busy preparing your work to turn in for Exit Review, but since you’re putting portfolios together—when you’re finished with them—why not take a few moments and send them our way. Just submit your portfolios in PDF format—10 to 15 pieces and under 10MB. There will be one winner and we’ll announce the winner at the Exit Review.

Brought to you for the first time, the Texas Show celebrates the best of Austin, Dallas, and Houston design. This exhibit is comprised of a competition, awards ceremony, catalog, and traveling exhibit. The Texas Show is open to all Texas design professionals and students. Don’t forget, if you’ve graduated in Fall ‘08, Sprg ‘09 or Fall ‘09 you can still enter the Summit this year. Since Summit did not happen last year, they have extended the invite to those who may have missed out. This maybe your last opportunity to get an award from Creative Summit.
